Pulling Together Fund
At Concept2, we know that collective movement has the power to heal people and connect communities in unspoken ways. We believe that people of all backgrounds deserve and should have opportunities to take care of their health, wellbeing and build community.
Concept2’s Pulling Together fund directly supports non-profits, schools, gyms and rowing clubs that are actively expanding opportunities for underserved diverse communities in the sports closely connected to Concept2: rowing, Nordic skiing, biking and functional fitness. We support programs that encourage new and diverse athletes to join these sports by providing organizations with donations of Concept2 Ergs and Oars, allowing them to create inclusive opportunities for fitness, health, and community. Pulling Together envisions and is committed to increasing diversity and equitable access for athletes of all racial identities, genders, and physical abilities within our sports communities.
Through Pulling Together donations, Concept2 has supported over 100 emerging and established clubs that are increasing access to rowing, Nordic skiing, biking, and functional fitness by welcoming athletes representing a wide range of backgrounds.
Before applying for support:
Please carefully review the following information to understand if your organization or initiative aligns with Pulling Together’s desired areas of impact as well as additional application process details:
- Pulling Together is particularly interested in supporting clubs and organizations that are expanding access to and increasing diversity within rowing, Nordic skiing, cycling and functional fitness.
- Our application process is rolling.
- Applicants may apply once per calendar year.
- Requests for International support will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
